1. What Fare Sighted does
Fare Sighted is a flight fare monitoring and metasearch assistant. You tell us where you'd like to go, when you'd be willing to travel, and what fare would get you to book. We watch publicly available fare data and alert you when a trip looks like a genuine match for your goals.
2. We do not sell tickets
Fare Sighted does not take bookings, collect payment, or issue tickets. When you choose to book, we send you to the airline's own website or to a third-party metasearch provider such as Google Flights. Any purchase, refund, change, or customer-service issue is between you and that provider.
3. Fare data is not a guarantee
Airline prices change constantly and availability can disappear in seconds. The fares and price history we show are snapshots drawn from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that a fare you see is still bookable, includes the baggage or seat selection you expect, or will be available by the time you reach the airline's site. Always confirm the final price and terms before paying.
4. Alerts and communication
By creating an account, you agree to receive fare alerts and occasional service emails at the address you provide. You can pause alerts or unsubscribe from any email we send. We will not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page; doing so will remove your watches and alert preferences from our systems.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Fare Sighted to scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse our infrastructure, or circumvent our fare-search budgets. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or place an unreasonable load on the service.
7. Limitation of liability
Fare Sighted is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any losses related to a fare that changed, a booking that failed, or a trip that did not meet your expectations. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us — which, since the core service is free, is zero.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Fare Sighted after changes means you accept the revised terms.
